Theresa Weeks

Yoga Teacher, Teacher Trainer, and Yoga Business Consultant

Theresa has worked with Yoga Students, Teachers, and Studio Owners across the state of Texas to cultivate integrity and authenticity within their respective practices.

Her passion for Yoga and Leadership is palpable in the way she inspires others to take charge of their life and make lasting changes that create real impact.

Her teaching style is rooted in the powerful methods of the Forrest Yoga practice, where an emphasis on Breath, Strength, Integrity, and Spirit are at the core of every offering.

By weaving in her personal expression of her Indigenous background as a direct descendant of the Lipan Apache of Texas, she incorporates traditional healing practices that invite students to nurture their relationship with the Land as a way to cultivate peace in their lives.

Theresa is currently serving as the Head of Teacher Trainings at Flow Yoga in Austin, Texas, where she works to cultivate high quality learning opportunities for Yoga Teachers, and provides mentorship to aspiring Leaders to find success in offering their gifts to the community.

Being 16 is hard for girls, at least that’s what I recall. I’m really glad my daughter goes to the studio on her bad days, and I sincerely appreciate Theresa’s efforts to make her feel safe and welcomed there. It really means a lot to me.

I came into the new year wanting to actually get a little serious about Yoga. Theresa answered any question I had, broke down any pose, and always gave the utmost encouragement (no matter how badly her core workout killed me)!
